The payment of the registration fee for the Mouillette d’Argent competition is final. Once the registration and payment have been completed and confirmed, the registration remains fully valid and active for the current edition of the competition. Registration fees are non refundable under any circumstances.
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the website including databases, images, drawings, graphics, text files, audio, video and software is the exclusive property of Concept Ainea SLU and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
All trademarks and logos appearing on the website belong to Concept Ainea SLU.
No text, graphic design, video or audio material owned by Concept Ainea SLU may be copied, reproduced, modified, adapted or translated without prior authorisation.
7. PSD2 AND EMVCo COMPLIANCE
In compliance with EMVCo standards, MasterCard, VISA and the European PSD2 Directive, during the electronic payment process certain information related to the connection used in the session will be communicated to the card issuing bank in order to validate the transaction carried out by the user.
