At the beginning of the 20th century, in the industrial belt of Barcelona, a school supplies company was born. Years later, two young men, Jaume Paradell and Emili García, played a key role in its growth by leading production and commercial development.
By the mid 20th century, the demand for printed marketing materials, catalogs and brochures had grown. They proposed adapting the company to this new reality, but the management refused to change. In 1971, Jaume and Emili left their jobs and founded Minerva.
They gathered the machinery and team needed to respond to the growing demand for printing, corporate image and publishing. As the company expanded, they identified a new client need: a complete 360º service, from concept and design to final production. To achieve this, they partnered with a creative agency and evolved once again.
This step allowed Minerva to work with demanding clients such as Banc Sabadell, Caixabank, Inditex, Mango and Milcap Media.
At the beginning of the 21st century, amid the rise of the Internet, social media and a changing world, the second and third generations of Minerva embraced new challenges. Following the same spirit of transformation, the company is evolving again with the goal of becoming a European benchmark in high value packaging and labeling.
